No, but IMHO, everyone should know how everyone is performing. The best way to get salespeople to do better is to see other salespeople crushing it. It doesn’t just challenge them, it also convinces them. That they can do it too. So one way or another, make the leaderboard live and have everyone see who is putting up the points. But make sure 80%+ of your reps can at least achieve plan. If they can’t, something wrong. Either in your hiring process, or your plan. View original question on quora
